After a resounding success with the single coil Ammit RTA, Geekvape has released the Ammit Dual Coil RTA. The dual coil version retains a key feature that contributed to the success of the original Ammit: the 3D airflow system. Geekvape is calling it “four-path airflow” on the Ammit Dual, but it is essentially the same concept.
Geekvape has done much more than stuff dual-coil capability into the new Ammit. The Ammit Dual Coil RTA features a 20 mm postless deck with a lot of flexibility when building. The postless deck also allows room to implement the four-path airflow system, where airflow is directed at each coil via three side ports and two ports under the coils. For those preferring a single coil option, the Ammit Dual ships with a single coil plug.
The Ammit Dual is larger in diameter than the original at 27 mm, measured at the tank, and tapers to 25 mm at the base to ensure there is no overhang on most newer mods. The new Ammit holds 3 mL of liquid and easily converts to a full 6 mL capacity using the included chimney extension and longer glass tube.
The Ammit Dual Coil RTA comes in brushed stainless steel or black finish with an ultem drip tip and 510 adapter. It also fits Goon tips.
(Fun fact: In ancient Egyptian religion, the Ammit was a female demon, a soul-eater that was part lion, hippo, and crocodile.)
